Our commitment
Moonbrush Inc. (“Moonbrush,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is committed to making moonbrush.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we do
We build accessibility into how the site is designed, written and tested:
- Semantic structure. Pages use semantic HTML, with headings, landmarks and lists that assistive technologies can navigate.
- Keyboard access. Menus, the cookie banner, forms and other interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard.
- Visible focus. A clear focus indicator shows where you are on the page.
- Reduced motion. If you have turned on your device’s “reduce motion” setting, scroll animations are turned off.
- Color contrast. Text and interface colors are checked for contrast against our brand palette.
- Text alternatives. Images that convey information have alt text.
- Captions. Any video on the site has captions.
- Forms. Form fields have labels, and error messages explain what needs to change.
- Testing. We test with the VoiceOver and NVDA screen readers and run automated accessibility checks.
Known limitations
- Complex technical illustrations. Some diagrams of our data and models are decorative. Their content is also given in the surrounding text.
- Third-party content. Embedded content from third parties, such as the HubSpot form we use on some pages, may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. If you have trouble with a form, contact us using the details below and we will help.
We work to fix limitations as we find them.
